Do Well by Doing Good
From the Inside Out

About me

My name is Lior Klisman.
Serial Founder Turned Coach

I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon.
What I inherited was something far more complex—patterns.

Generational beliefs and emotional walls. A tendency to keep things in. I became the man who handled everything, felt very little, and kept moving forward no matter the cost. For years, I wore strength like armor.

At 12, I started selling pretzels outside a football stadium.
At 16, I launched a clothing brand with my best friend.
At 23, I tried real estate.
At 28, I tried security.
Some flopped. Some made money. All of them taught me how to get back up.
Structure & the Search for Stillness
After highschool, I served in an intelligence unit as an operational project manager.
It was high-pressure, fast-moving, and forced me to grow up fast. I learned how to lead without a script. How to operate under stress.
How to take responsibility when the stakes were real.

But even then, something inside me was unsettled.
I had structure—but no stillness.
Purpose—but no peace.
So I left.
Finding Myself in the Wild
I flew to India with nothing but a backpack and the ache of unanswered questions.
I spent almost a year soul-searching.
Silence. Surrender. That time cracked me open. It was the first time I wasn’t building anything, I was just listening. To myself. To life. To what actually mattered.

When I came back, I gave college a shot. I sat through classes, trying to plug back into the traditional path. But I couldn’t fake it.

I already knew: I don’t learn in rows of desks. I learn by doing.

By creating. By trying, failing, and figuring it out in the wild.
So I dropped out. Not because I didn’t care about growth.
But because I finally knew what kind of growth I needed.
Coaching Philosophy & Mission
The answer came in whispers:
Do meaningful work.
Build with heart.
Do well by doing good.

That became my compass.

I’ve lived in seven countries across three continents, both as a kid and as an adult. I’ve started over more times than I can count. I’ve learned how to lead through discomfort, how to listen when ego wants to speak, and how to let go when control wants to grip tighter.

For a long time, I was avoidant in relationships. Distant, distracted, unavailable. I didn’t know how to be fully present. Until I did the work. Therapy. Coaching. Men’s groups. Spirituality. Plant medicine.

Everything I feared became the gateway to freedom. I faced the shadows and made peace with parts of myself I used to run from.

That’s why I coach the way I do now.I don’t help people chase performance. I help them come home to themselves.

To lead with clarity. To grow with integrity. To build businesses that feel as good as they look from the outside.
My story isn’t about perfect outcomes.
It’s about relentless honesty.

It’s about reinvention, over and over.
And it’s about sharing everything I’ve learned with those who are ready to walk that path, too.
If that’s you — Let’s go.
